Born and Raised in Midland Michigan, Jacob moved to Detroit upon graduating high school to be an entertainer. After performing stand-up across the Midwest and Canada, he transitioned to improv and honed his craft at The Second City. Building on his theatrical skills, Jacob earned a BA in Theatre from the University of Detroit Mercy, garnering accolades, winning awards, and appearing in Hollywood films and the Amazon Prime show "A Billion to One."

 

Transitioning into marketing and then writing, Jacob's diverse career path reflects his commitment to creativity and learning. He holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Yeshiva University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. As a published author with four works available on Amazon, he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Jewish Studies from Spertus Institute.

 

Jacob's spiritual journey, from converting to Reform Judaism to seeking Orthodox conversion, deeply influences his artistry. Alongside his musical pursuits, Jacob contributes to education as a teacher and professor, while enjoying quality time with his son, playing guitar, and immersing himself in literature.
